Alfonso Silva
Alfonso Silva brings more than 40 years of experience in affordable housing, property management, and real estate operations. Beginning his career on-site, Alfonso advanced into senior leadership and has played a central role in shaping Silva Management Partners’ hands-on, compliance-driven approach to property operations. Under his leadership, the company now manages approximately 3,500 units in Colorado and has expanded into Arizona with 354 units in a new market.
Throughout his career, Alfonso has overseen more than 20 successful lease-ups involving LIHTC Section 42, HUD-assisted, conventional, and mixed-use communities across Colorado, California, and Texas. His expertise includes affordable housing compliance, property operations, investor and lender relations, lease-up execution, and strategic response to changing economic and market conditions. Alfonso’s leadership reflects a commitment to quality, efficiency, accountability, and long-term community success.

Miranda Silva
Miranda earned her BS in Finance from the University of Denver while working as a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, completing over $25,000,000 in transactions. Qualified at a Managing Broker level, she leverages her experience in land sourcing, contracts, and residential real estate to identify and develop underused sites for affordable housing. Her dual perspective—development and management—allows SDP to approach each project thoughtfully, efficiently, and with long-term community impact in mind.
